REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
Our refund and returns policy is very restrictive. As many of our products are made to order and customized to your needs, we cannot accept returns. If there are product issues such as print issues or manufacturing defects, it will be reviewed on a case by case bases to determine the best resolution (which may include a re-print, or refund). Any product claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of the product. Anything beyond 7 days of receipt will not be accepted.
Once a claim begins, you must return the product to us for inspection. Once the return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your claim. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If you are approved, then your refund or re-reprint will be processed, and/or a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within the standard timelines defined by the banking institutions.
If you haven’t received a refund first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

CUSTOMS/IMPORT CHARGES
We ship from Canada to the world! Each country we ship to has their own customs and import requirements, it is the responsbility of the buyer to understand these requirements prior to placing an order. We at Ayan Resources are not responsible for customs, tariffs and import fees you may be subject to.
DISCOUNT CODES
Discount codes provided by Ayan Resources are only applicable for Ayan Resources products, the IJV collection is omitted from any discount codes unless provided and approved by IJV. Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers, such as another code, sales, or free shipping etc.
FREE SHIPPING
Free shipping on all Canadian Orders over $50.
BACK ORDERS
Occasionally we hae back-ordered items and it should indicate as such upon order placement, we will ship as soon as the product is in stock. Maximum time from your order to shipment is approximately 2 weeks.
WASHING INSTRUCTIONS
We recommend our customers to follow our washing instructions to prolong the life of the product and print.
Turn the garment inside-out, machine wash or hand wash with cold water.
No fabric softeners.
No bleach.
Tumble dry on low, avoid heat drying.
Do not iron over the designs.
